We provide remote, real-time EHR scribing and productivity services to doctors. Our service saves clinicians more than 10 hours per week, and increases clinical efficiency by 40%.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our growing Product Development organization. This hire will be responsible for directing and delivering transformative initiatives within company. The ideal candidate is an experienced product evangelist with proven skills building best in class products and services from the ground up. This Product Management role is a cross functional role that works with other product managers, designers, engineers and operations teams on product initiatives that explore new opportunities and optimize existing services for scale. This role incorporates aspects of technology integration, operational execution, and strategic partner and customer interactions. This individual must be self-directed and comfortable flexing between the strategic and the tactical to ensure timely delivery of the next generation of transformative products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategy/vision for how to combine technology and operations to deliver an optimal product to our customers
  • Work closely with Operations and Product development teams to determine specifications and timelines/strategy for implementation
  • Develop and manage strategic customer and partner relationships
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of product/project/program management or related experience with a focus on building enterprise-ready, scalable solutions
  • Experience in healthcare/healthcare services and passionate about the improving the quality of care within the U.S. health care
  • Solid understanding of electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive actions
  • Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships/ customer relationships
  • Thrive in the “white space” “of a high-growth environment, and at bringing clarity and process to ambiguous challenges
  • Proven track record of being a team player and demonstrating willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Comfortable with scripts/logs analysis and ability to aggregate data from multiple sources
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives

  • Preferred qualifications:
  • BA/BS in technical or economics, engineering or related fields
  • Experience in a services business (B2B)
  • Experience scaling products/services from proof of concept to mature offering
