About the role:
You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Office and will be the company’s first enterprise marketing hire. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement of Augmedix at regional and national health systems and establish Augmedix as a thought leader in the enterprise and healthcare provider space.
We are looking for someone who is data-driven, decisive, and self-starter. The ideal candidate is well-organized, has a great attitude, and truly thrives within a fast-paced environment. Previous hands-on experience simultaneously managing multiple marketing channels and campaigns is required. Ideally this person will set the standard of marketing at Augmedix and eventually grow to lead a team in the future.

Responibilities
  • Build Augmedix brand awareness and protect its reputation among doctors, healthcare executives, investors, partners and other key stakeholders
  • Launch new campaigns in different channels to increase our client base
  • Direct promotions and marketing campaigns to drive conversion and revenue
  • Plan, execute, and optimize assigned marketing initiatives or strategies
  • Manage Augmedix social media channels to amplify key messages, and deliver digital pushes of key announcements
  • Develop overarching digital strategy/approach across social media channels
  • Deliver on both strategic and tactical responsibilities. On a strategic level, you will lead or contribute to projects on customer ROI, competitive intelligence, and company brand
  • On a tactical level, you will be responsible for multifaceted sales support, content creation and customer events
  • For our customers, you must demonstrate strong empathy for the complex needs of our health system’s senior executives and providers
  • For our sales team, you should be skilled at distilling insightful, strategic inferences from multifactorial data and creating high-impact sales support material (both written and verbal)
  • Report and provide ongoing tracking and analysis of consumer behavior through market analysis, competitive analysis, site analytics, and internal analytics
  • Monitor ROI goals on all digital marketing initiatives and adapt accordingly
  • Work with leadership to develop yearly communications plans, strategies, and tactics, with actionable benchmarks
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Previous healthcare marketing experience required
  • Previous startup experience preferred
  • Experience in developing, implementing and measuring digital marketing initiatives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical, reporting and problem solving skills
  • Basic working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Pardot, Google Analytics, Optimizely, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, etc.) and/or managing multimedia content creation is a plus
