Implementation Project Manager

About the Role:
Our Implementation Project Managers are responsible for the end to end project management of our customer implementations. Our IPM team kicks off as soon as we have newly signed deals and expansions, setting up timelines for project plans for service implementations through client collaboration, and working cross-functionally with several teams within the organization. IPM's are subject matter experts on all things Augmedix, developing tactics for improving implementation efficiency and maintaining quality and satisfaction as we bring on new customers.

Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):
  • Manage the client relationship during implementation to ensure the project is meeting its milestones and overall timeline
  • Oversee the internal cross-functional processes that are key to the success and timeliness of the implementation projects
  • Designing processes and workflows that maximize efficiency and creating an expectedly amazing experience for customers
  • Facilitating the process of gathering and prioritizing feedback on our tools and processes from key stakeholders in partnership with customers, vendors, and IT partners
  • Providing expertise to operational teams on tools and approaches to automate and streamline key implementation processes including the sales to operations hand off, customer kick-off meetings, workflow audits, and customer training
  • Ensuring process and operating procedure documentation supporting current and future growth is effective and in place at all times
  • Utilizing key metrics to evolve the service and quality of both the operations team and the overall programs we support
  • Collaborating on the design and deployment of company initiatives, assisting with requirements gathering, and helping identify risks, issues, and barriers
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of project management experience
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing, or sales experience is required
  • Excellent organization and project management skills - this role will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization and delivery against objectives
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to present ideas clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior work with product or service implementation preferred
  • Highly preferred: experience working in the healthcare industry / a start-up environment
  • Proven ability to focus on the big picture within a constantly changing, fast-paced environment and draw similarities/analogies across various initiatives to deliver integrated, best in class user experience
  • Analytics experience and strong Excel / Google Sheets skills preferred
