We provide remote, real-time EHR scribing and productivity services to outpatient doctors. Our service saves clinicians more than 10 hours a week and increases clinical efficiency by 40%. Our five major health system customers are also investors in the company.

About the Role:

Our Project & Implementation Managers are responsible for the end to end process management of our customer implementations. Our P/IM team kicks off as soon as we have newly signed deals and expansions, setting up timelines for service implementations on the client side, and working cross functionally with several teams in the organization. They are subject matter experts on all things Augmedix, developing tactics for improving implementation efficiency and maintaining quality and satisfaction as we bring on new providers.

Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):
  • Designing processes and workflows that maximize efficiency and creating an expectedly amazing experience for customers
  • Facilitating the process of gathering and prioritizing tools and process feedback from key stakeholders in partnership with customers, vendors and IT partners
  • Providing expertise to operational teams on tools and approaches to automate and streamline key implementation processes including sales to clinical operations hand off, customer kick-off meetings, workflow audits and customer training
  • Ensuring process and operating procedure documentation supporting current and future growth is effective and in place at all times
  • Analyzing metrics and utilizing to evolve service and quality both of the operations team and of the overall programs we support
  • Collaborating on the design and deployment of company initiatives, assist with requirements gathering, and help identify risks, issues, and barriers
  • 2-5 years of project management experience
  • 1-2 years of customer facing or sales experience is required
  • Prior work with product or service implementation
  • Highly preferred: experience working in the healthcare industry / a start-up environment
  • Previous project management coursework or certification is highly appreciated
  • Excellent organization and project management skills - this role will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization and delivery against objectives
  • Proven ability to focus on the big picture within a constantly changing, fast-paced environment and draw similarities/analogies across various initiatives to deliver integrated, best in class user experience
  • Solid knowledge and experience with various project management technologies
