Augmedix is looking for Onsite Customer Support Representatives that will interact with Augmedix technical, product and operations teams to provide top-tier onsite support to customers.

This is a temporary role (3 months) with opportunities to extend.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer clinics on a rotating schedule to provide onsite technical support
  • Support tasks involve: Getting customers up and running smoothly at the start of their day; Checking in on customer devices at end of day to ensure appropriate setup for overnight charging; Working with customer and Augmedix technical/product teams to troubleshoot issues with customers; Documenting feedback and issues found in the field to be shared with Augmedix technical and account management teams; Assisting with other onsite tasks such as replacing hardware/inventory, or conducting simple testing as relevant

  • Time traveling: 80% of your time may be local travel (2 hours from home); 20% of your time may be overnight travel (national travel)

    We reimburse mileage for all travel (and meals for national travel).
About you:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles required
  • Clinical environment job experience is a plus
  • Technical support experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with learning and becoming proficient with new technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Keen attention to detail
